FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to system of passive safety of pedestrians, animals and drivers in collision with locomotive front. Proposed system comprises outer air cushion with case, gas generators, control unit, overload transducer, power supply and overload transducer switch. Its comprises overload transducer switch push button with return spring. Said outer air cushion is filled with gas. Air cushion case is secured horizontally at locomotive front under windshield bottom edge to cover said front from said bottom edge to cow catcher bottom. It has vertical rectangular slot to receive automatic coupler at locomotive front bottom. Slot length and width are larger than those of said automatic coupler. Slot horizontal wall of said slot contacts with coupler. Air cushion outer damping surface at locomotive front vertical mirror axis have concave shape to make sides of vertical cylinders and backward LH and LH slope to displace object at collision to the right or left from locomotive owing to wedge-like shape of cushion LH and RH parts.
