FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and repair, can be used both in production of new parts, and in reconditioning of worn-out parts, in particular, sliding bearings. Method of sliding bearing bushing manufacturing includes mechanical relief application onto inner cylindrical surface of steel bushing, application by antifriction coating with gas-flame spraying, and then plastic deformation of antifriction coating by rolling with hard alloy tool. Rolling antifriction coating to achieve the required thickness, wherein the last layer is mechanically treated and a film antifriction coating is applied, which provides formation of microvolumes to retain lubricant.
EFFECT: increased service life of sliding bearing during start-up, shutdown and reverse.
