Rotor 1 comprises body 10 revolving about axis C, inlet 12 at rotor body outer surface, outlet 14 at rotor body outer surface and flow channel 16 communicating inlet 12 with outlet 14. Inlet 12 is made at position more close to axis C than outlet 14. Rotor features a circular cross-section.

EFFECT: safe and efficient mixing.
