FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: electric motor assembly comprises a drill string comprising an inner pipe and an outer pipe, where the inner pipe and the outer pipe comprise the first and second conductors, respectively, an electric motor, electrically connected to the inner pipe and the outer pipe for receiving electric current passing through the first and the second conductors, a locking mechanism connecting the drill string and a drive shaft, where the drive shaft is driven by the electric motor, the blocking mechanism is made with the provision of the possibility of selective rotation of the drive shaft in one direction relative to the direction of the electric motor body rotation, the locking mechanism is adapted to selectively contact the drill string to prevent rotation of the drive shaft more slowly than the drill string, and a flow deflection device connected to the inner pipe by means of fluid medium and electrically insulated from the outer pipe. The flow deflection device is configured to allow fluid to flow towards the end of the drill string and to connect with the inner area of the inner pipe and the outer area of the outer tube by means of the fluid medium.
EFFECT: efficient diversion of the drilling mud flow and drill cuttings from the annular space to the end of the drill string, while maintaining the drilling equipment in an isolated state excluding a short circuit through the drilling mud or other points of contact with the outer pipe.
