FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: cutter comprises cutting mean and holder with positioning and locking means. To allow replacement of cutting plate in cutting, said holder has two lengthwise through slits arranged one above the other. Note here that upper slit is shaped and has T-like profile at upper section. Cutting mean is composed by a set of identical cutting plates fitted at upper slit to be displaced therein by pusher towards cutting zone. Lower slit accommodates cutting tool positioning and locking means composed of composite split clamp embracing the cutting plate interacting with the bar. Said bar is fitted in lower slit so that it reciprocation and locking cause opening or closing of said composite clamp while clamp inner cavity complies with cutting plate configuration. Note here that said pusher can displace through distance corresponding to cutting plate length and be locked at interaction with inner shaped surface of upper slit top part.
