FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: application of coat on steel sectors of vitrification mould is made by plasma spraying of the mix of glass and ceramics, obtained coat being heated to 650°C to 850°C. Note here that said mix contains glass with the temperature of transition to glassy state below 650°C in amount of 50 wt % to 70 wt % and ceramics in amount of 30 wt % to 50 wt %.
EFFECT: decreased coat porosity.
