FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device 10 comprises network 100 of probes, drives 200 to slide said network through distance larger than spacing of said network 100 to allow measurements at various positions of network 100 relative to analysed object. Proposed method uses device 10 and comprises positioning, orienting and adjusting said network 100 of probes relative to analysed object 400. Then, series of measurements is conducted with the help of the network 100 of probes corresponding to different positions of said network relative to analysed object. Note here that proposed method of sliding of network 100 along its outline relative to analysed object at distance exceeding the network spacings.
EFFECT: measurement of radiation from large objects higher frequencies and with smaller number of probes.
