FIELD: measuring systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to measure various profiles of parts. The system contains a sensor made in the form of a base connected by means of a guiding system to the support part, on which the probe rod and the rod of the first reference element are installed parallel to each other at one of their ends, located at a distance from each other in the direction of measurement, and at the free ends of the mentioned rods at the same distance from the support part, the probe head and the first reference element are respectively installed. In this case, the support part, the probe with its stem and head, and the first reference element with its stem are installed to form a probe, in which the reference element can be located outside the measured part and move along a trajectory that repeats the trajectory of the probe along the measured profile of the part. The system also has an imaging device configured to capture and form images reflecting the outside of the part at least partially and the first reference element, which allow, based on image comparison, to detect relative movement between the first reference element and the specified part of the outside of the part in the direction of measurement and define the profile of the part. A method for measuring part profiles using this system is also described.
EFFECT: use of the inventions makes it possible to increase the accuracy of measurements and simplify this process.
