FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used to produce protein-free biologically active high-polymeric RNA preparation from dry baker's yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The method involves suspending the yeast for 3 minutes in aqueous oleic acid with concentration of 15 g/l, titrated with 2.5 M NaOH, at suspension temperature not below 98°C. The suspension is boiled for 40 minutes at 98-100°C while stirring periodically. After 10, 20 and 30 of suspending the last portion of yeast, 2.5 M NaOH is added to the boiling suspension. After extraction, boiling water is added to the suspension, followed by stirring and settling the suspension at room temperature for 22 hours. The siphoned supernatant fluid is poured into vials, followed by freezing and freeze drying.
EFFECT: invention simplifies production of a high-polymeric RNA preparation from dry baker's yeast.
