FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method includes yeast slurring in 2-3% aqueous solution of sodium dodecylsulfate. Suspension is exposed to 98-102° C temperature during 40-60 minutes, hot lysate is precipitated during 20-24 hours at room temperature. To isolated supernatant NaCl is added up to 2-3 M concentration. Suspension is exposed to room temperature during 20-24 hours, then centrifuged in low-speed centrifuge without cooling. Extracted cake is flushed consequently with 2 doses of 2-3 M NaCl solution and 2 doses of 92-96% ethanol by consequent resuspension at room temperature and following low-speed centrifugation. RNA from cake is extracted with distilled water with following clarifying filtration.

EFFECT: manufacture of high-polymeric RNA free of extrinsic high-polymeric riboproteoglicane.
