FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method provides for research of conditions of habitation, numbers, species variety, borders of benthos distribution in place of dredging works performance, determination of means for compensation of presumable damage and optimal period of works performance. After performance of dredging works in sections, conditions of habitation on which are optimal for development of mussels and other recoverable benthos species, with depth of 5-10 m, proper water exchange and availability of shoals of natural mussel settlements at closest distance, they arrange artificial biotopes.

EFFECT: invention provides for faster recovery of bottom biocoenosis.
