METHOD OF NEGATIVE IMPACT ASSESSMENT ON MARINE ENVIRONMENT USING SYSTEM OF STATIONARY BIO-STATIONS WITHIN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01N33/18 B63B35/32

Abstract RU 2725752 C1

FIELD: environmental protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ecology and environmental protection with reference to the assessment of the environmental situation in the marine environment by analyzing its state. Disclosed is a method of assessing the negative effect on the state of the marine environment using a system of stationary bio-stations within the scope of industrial environmental monitoring, consisting of artificial biotopes or artificial reefs. At the same time to assess the negative effect on the state of the marine environment within the environmental monitoring of a given area of the sea, a system of stationary bio-stations for industrial environmental monitoring is created, wherein a network of artificial reefs / biotopes having a bottom and pelagic portion in their structure for directional formation of local concentrations of marine organisms which are formed on substrates of artificial reefs / biotopes is exposed to the investigated zone. Qualitative and quantitative composition of communities that are test objects, accumulates information on availability, spatial distribution, origin, composition of any contamination, analyzing the state of which is a source of information for evaluating environmental quality and for research within the scope of industrial environmental monitoring.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability of evaluation.
