FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator has casing (1) with rotors (2, 3), loading device (4), branch for ground material removal (5) with removal channels of coarse (7) and medium (8) product, and drives (6). The casing includes normally secured branch (13) to unload the ready product, common for grinding chamber and additional work volume. The grinding chamber is located between the disks of top and bottom rotors, and contains in the peripheral part the classifying rod grating (12) with cutout against the hole to the removal branch. The additional volume is made by top cone surface of the abrasive and bottom cone surface of the baffle. The hole in top cover is connected with the additional work volume. The abrasive (10) and baffle (11) are located at same axis with the loading device, and have cone surface with radially located ribs. The abrasive is rigidly secured on the disk of the top rotor of the grinding chamber. The baffle is rigidly secured on the bottom surface of the top casing cover. The generatrixes of the cone surfaces of the abrasive and baffle are parallel. The inclination angle of the generatrixes from centre to periphery exceeds angle of the natural slope of the ground material. The removal channel of the coarse product with large curvature radius adjoins to the loading device. The removal channel of the medium product with smaller curvature radius adjoins to the hole in top cover (9) of the casing.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding process.
