FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device intended for crushing fragile low-abrasivity material with moisture content of not over 4% and can be used in production of construction materials, etc. Disintegrator comprises cylindrical housing accommodating impact elements, loading and unloading devices, and channels to send material back into working chamber. Crushing chamber comprises sections of additional crushing of material. Material return channels features arc-like shape, for example a parabola, and extend beyond cylindrical housing in crushing chamber plane, and height equal to that of cylindrical housing and width narrowing toward its outlet in direction of crushed material transfer from outer line of impact elements. Said additional sections are arranged on housing inner surface between return channel outlet and unloading branch pipe, and comprise variable-section armor plates rigidly fixed on cylindrical housing inner syrface. Clearance between maximum diametre of impact elements outlet line and extensions of said armor plates reduces from a to b=1/2…1/3a in direction of material transfer from impact elements outer line. Note here that outer line impact elements feature radial length 2…2.5 times larger than that of impact elements in previous lines. The number of material return channels and additional crushing sections depends upon diametre of the housing cylindrical part.
