FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely surgery, and may be used where it is necessary to fill bone defects using a plastic biomaterial. That is ensured by preparing an implant bed by excising pathologically changed tissues from an expected transplantation region, and meticulous hemostasis. Then, the bone defect is filled with a transplant that is an allogenic biomaterial presented by an allogenic costal cartilage Alloplant. Then it is placed in acetone cooled to t=4°C for 24 hours to be dehydrated. It is dried in vacuum to a constant weight, and dispersed in an impact ring mill to a particle size of 30 mcm to 5 mm. Then a fractionator is used to recover a fine transplant of a particle size of 30-300 mcm or a coarse transplant of a particle size of 500 mcm - 5 mm. The implant bed is filled.
EFFECT: method provides the effective replacement of bone defects ensured by the formation of a non-resorbable new tissue substrate.
