SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The grinder of plant materials comprises a loading chute 2, a chamber 4 with a cutting device and an unloading zone. The cutting device comprises at least one rotor with a disc, having at least one first blade for obtaining coarse cuttings, mounted on the side of the disc, facing toward the loading chute 2. The cutting device has at least one opening for passage of coarse cuttings and at least one second grinding blade mounted on the side of the disc facing towards the unloading zone. One second grinding blade or plurality of second grinding blades, have at least two separate cutting edges for grinding coarse cuttings and ejection of small cuttings through the unloading zone.

EFFECT: grinder ensures uniform grinding of plant materials with sufficient productivity.
