SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding and screening. Proposed assembly comprises conical cutter drum with, at least, one cutter. Said drum comprises, at least, one channel or recess, adjacent to foresaid cutter, to receive ground material therefrom. Said channel or recess is exposed nearby drum surface and has groove that inhibits passage of ground material inside cutter drum. Proposed assembly comprises screening chamber adjoining said drum and communicated with one said channel or recess. Screening chamber has, at least, one blade connected with the drum and, a least, one screen located downstream of said blade and adjacent to, at least, one blade. At least, one blade and, at least, one screen, are locates, at least, partially, in screening chamber.
