SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment and may be used for generation and infusion administration of radiopharmaceuticals. The system comprises an eluant container, a pump attached to the container, an infusion pipe layout, a radioisotope generator, an activity generator, a waste vessel, a computer, a computer interface. The infusion pipe layout comprises an eluant pipe attached to the pump and to the radioisotope generator, and an eluant pipe attached to the radioisotope generator, the activity generator and the waste vessel. The computer is connected to the computer interface, the pump and the activity generator, and pre-programmed to actuate the pump for pumping an amount of the eluant the container through the eluant pipe and through the radioisotope generator to create an eluate sample or dose, indicating if every eluation procedure is completed, and indicating a time period from the moment every eluation procedure is completed. There are disclosed versions of the systems for generation and infusion administration of radiopharmaceuticals, a method for operating the system and a method for blowing off the infusion pipe layout.
