FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for processing of slags and recovery of their heat. Proposed plant comprises several stages of heat exchangers. First stage heat exchanger comprises the devices for melt intake, hardened slag structure and size formation and shaking conveyor with actuator composed by a cascade of slot nozzles. It makes the second stage heat exchanger feeder and is integrated by recuperator with heat carrier circulation system. Heat exchanger second stage comprises the device for additional cooling of hardened slag composed by inclined drum with guide flanges to load the third stage of heat exchangers integrated by recuperator with heat carrier circulation system. Third stage heat exchanger comprises the device for discharge of hardened slag composed by circular discharge chute with pouring flanges arranged at inner shell outer surface and external shell inner surface also integrated with heat carrier circulation system by recuperator.

EFFECT: extraction of slag and recovery of its heat.
