FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for processing molten slag to produce broken slag. Apparatus for processing slag melt comprises a receiving funnel, hake drum with ties for grates and partially filled with working bodies, case with drawing and device for discharge of finished product. Apparatus is equipped with disc comb, and grates in form of separate sections arranged with clearance, are fixed on end walls of drum and rest on ties. Between fire bars lowered teeth disc comb at a depth of 0.5-0.7 height grates. Bars have ledges in form of teeth arranged in staggered order in section from one to three on each grate. Device for unloading ready product is made in form of scraper water-cooled conveyor scrapers, which are connected to form a cavity for formation of ready product.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and improved conditions of maintenance of apparatus.
