FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed drive comprises drive drum 2 with drive made up of motor 3, reduction gear 4 and brake 5, and tensioning drum 6 arranged on car 7 with displace in conveyor frame guides 8. Tensioning drum is furnished with extra drive unit consisting of motor 9 and reduction gear 10 mounted on car. Reel 11 runs free on drive reduction gear low-speed and is provided with remote-control electromagnetic coupling 11 transmitting torque from said low-speed shaft. Reduction gear has two-stage gearing between drive shaft 14 and low-speed shaft. Steel cable rope 15 connecting car with reel runs over horizontal deflecting units 16, 17. One of said units is arranged on drive unit frame 14 and another one is located on transverse beam 18 secured on conveyor frame. Extra deflecting drum 19 is arranged between drive and tensioning drums wit maximum upward flexure conveyor flight leaving drive drum.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased haulage capacity.
