SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to container for food products or drinks, containing polyethylene terephthalic polymer. Described is container for food products or drinks, containing polyethyleneterephthalic polymer, where said polymer contains terephthalic component and diol component, where terephthalic component is selected from terephthalic acid, dimethylterephthalate, isophthalic acid and their combinations, and diol component is selected from ethylene glycol, cyclohexane dimethanol and their combinations, with both components - terephthalic and diol, being partially of fully obtained from, at least, one material based on biological raw material.

EFFECT: obtaining container for food products or drinks, which contains polyethylene terephthalate, produced from renewable resources, which possesses the same properties as polyethylene terephthalate obtained from oil.
