FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in regenerative medicine for creating living tissue to recover the function of an organ disabled by an injury, a disease or aging, and is based on using cell recovery mechanisms. A bioartificial system comprises a biocompatible carrier for animal cell culture, containing: external matrix whereon the animal cell cultures are placed and which consists of porous hydrogel with an introduced three-dimensional grid made of a bioresorbable polymer fibre; an inner core for nutrient media, made of porous biocompatible polymeric material; a separation membrane covering the core and transmitting nutrient medium molecules to the matrix with the cell cultures; an extracorporeal drain tank and extracorporeal nutrient media containers. An internal volume of a drain of the carrier is connected with the extracorporeal drain tank. The nutrient media containers are piped to the internal volume of the core carrier.
EFFECT: invention provides the operative implant integration into the body by self-contained supply of the implant and bioregulatory factors.
