FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conjugated polymers, which contain benzo-bis(silolothiophene) links or their derivatives, to methods of their obtaining, and to application of polymers in organic electronic (OE) devices, as well as to OE devices, which contain polymers. Claimed is conjugated polymer, which contains one or several identical or different repeating links, selected from structures (I) or (II), where R1-4 represent independently on each other similar or different groups, selected from carbyl or hydrocarbyl with 1-40 carbon atoms, Ar1 represents optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl group, -CY1=CY2- or -C≡C-, Y1 and Y2 represent independently on each other H, F, Cl or CN. Also claimed is monomer for obtaining claimed polymer, method of polymer obtaining, its mixture, versions of their application and device with their application.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining novel materials with improved characteristics of light absorption, resistance to oxidation and mobility of charge carriers.
