FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method which includes steps of: provision in electronic device of one or more electrodes, containing metal or metal oxide, and application of said electrodes on surface layer containing compound selected from formulae I11, I12 and I15, and application on surface of said electrodes, which are coated with said layer, which includes compound selected from formulae I11l, I12 and I15, or application in area between two or more said electrodes organic semiconductor, where Rx denotes H, NH2, and R denotes in each case are identically or differently F or C1-C15 perfluoroalkyl and r represents 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4. Invention also relates to composition for treatment of electrodes and organic electronic device.
EFFECT: use of present invention enables to overcome disadvantages of metal electrodes, such as low work function and low resistance to oxidation.
