SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, garlic, ginger, paprika and hot pepper cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, sugar peas and spring onions cutting and freezing, sprouted beans freezing, shrimp meat cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with egg noodles, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, salt, cloves, cinnamon, mustard, black hot pepper, red hot pepper, allspice and nutmeg, the produced mixture and drinking water packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
