FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of filter complexes for leucofiltration of blood transfusion of media and can be used in medicine for filtration of whole blood. Proposed set comprises three filter elements of nonwoven fibrous materials and extra support filter element of screen polyether fabric of plain weave for filtration fine impurities located downstream of filtration path. Upstream filter element is composed of the mix of polyether fibres of linear density of 0.33-1.0 tex with surface density of 80-200 g/m2. Second filter element is composed by the mix of polyether finer of linear density of 0.11-0.17 tex and fine filament cellulose finer of linear density of 0.040-0.13 tex at their ratio of 30-60:40-70. Third filter element is composed by hydrophysics polysulfonic finer. Second filter element can be made of hydrophysics polysulfonic fine with hydrodynamic diameter of 2.0-3.0 mcm.

EFFECT: sufficient residual amount of leucocytes in filtered blood transfusion media of 1×105 in a dose, absence of haemolysis during filtration, decreased amount of free haemoglobin.
