FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for leukofiltration of blood transfusion media. Filter for leukofiltration of donor blood and its components comprises 3–6 layers of a filtering membrane with an electrostatic charge, made from a polymer by electroforming, and a housing made of medical plastic, in which the layers of the filtering membrane are laid. Density of the filtering membrane is from 25 to 120 g/m2, distance between threads is 20–40 mcm. Electrostatic charge is formed when making the filter membrane by creating a potential difference between the sprayer and the roller of the electroforming apparatus in range of 5 to 15 kV when feeding the polymer solution.
EFFECT: simplified production of filtration membrane.
