FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: accelerometre has movable and fixed parts, a torque sensor with a compensating coil and a permanent magnet, a differential capacitive angle sensor with two electrodes on a board and two resistors, a high frequency generator, first and second alternating current amplifiers, three differential amplifiers, a demodulator and direct current amplifier. The output of the high frequency generator is connected to the noninverting input of the second differential amplifier, the inverting input of which is connected to one of the electrodes. The noninverting input of the third differential amplifier is connected to the output of the second differential amplifier, and the inverting input of the third differential amplifier is connected to said electrode. The gain of the second differential amplifier is equal to the gain of the third differential amplifier divided by the ratio of voltage across the resistor connected to the electrode to the voltage across the electrode.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring acceleration.
