SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods for using paging group identifiers and paging indicators for PDCCH and transmissions to mobile terminals in a PDSCH mobile communication system. Using paging group identifiers and paging indicators, different groups of mobile terminals which include subsets of said groups may be called with lesser decoding requirements. An attachment of said group is used and a PDCCH frame packaging for efficient usage is described.
