SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely orthopaedic correction of a hernia defect of an anterior abdominal wall. A first version of the correction of the hernia defect of the anterior abdominal wall involves forming a corrective glue bandage on the anterior abdominal wall, keeping the corrective glue bandage on the anterior abdominal wall and removing the corrective glue bandage from the anterior abdominal wall. The corrective glue bandage is formed on the anterior abdominal wall at least on two rounds using one of them to pull at least a region of the hernia defect to a portal fissure; the glue bandage is formed, kept and removed more than once while correcting the hernia defect of the anterior abdominal wall. A second version of the formation of the corrective blue bandage on the anterior abdominal wall involves the tension application of at least one modelling round on the hernia defect; the hernia defect is additionally coated with at least one pull-up round to be directed towards the portal fissure, pulling it to the hernia. The methods enable providing more effective correction of the defect, particularly reducing the average length of the defect compensation and preventing postural disorders and abnormal support formation.

EFFECT: higher effectiveness ensured by reducing portal hypertension that is caused by the formed bandage.
