FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to medical equipment, and is intended for injections, providing introduction of skin fillers in peripheral parts of human body through cannula. Device for injections contains syringe, which has case with rod located in it and open distal end, and needle unit. Needle unit contains cannula and Luer lock, which can be connected to distal end of syringe. Cannula's calibre is larger than 25, and Luer lock contains bushing, distal end of which supports cannula, with proximal end being connected to distal end of syringe. Internal thread is made in distal end of syringe, and external thread is made on said bushing, which provides mating connection between bushing and distal end of syringe. Said bushing contains holding plane, limited with internal surface of said bushing and containing berm, formed on its internal surface in such a way that it reduces dead zone in holding plane and thus reduces volume of flowing medium, which cannot be introduced to patient during operation. Said berm prevents separation of bushing from distal end of syringe during injection of viscous flowing medium.

EFFECT: creation of device for injections, which eliminates or essentially reduces probability of needle/syringe unit separation during operation.
