FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has unit for building non-coherent image having flat platform for placing object under study, the first unit for recording speckle field fluctuation intensity having photodetector, amplifier and analog-to-digital converter connected to unit for processing output signal. The device has the second unit for recording speckle field fluctuation intensity so that scattered radiation fluctuation intensity are recorded by means of two spatially separated photodetectors placed above the flat platform in proximal diffraction zone symmetrically relative to optical axis of the device. The analog-to-digital converters of recording units are connected to computer.

EFFECT: high measurement sensitivity.
