SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in multicast/broadcast transmission. The method comprises steps for the network side allocating multicast resources, wherein, in one scheduling period, the following is used for said allocation: configuring each multicast service channel with a flag indicating whether it is scheduled; or configuring a scheduled multicast service channel with a flag indicating that it is scheduled; or configuring an unscheduled multicast service channel with a flag indicating that it is not scheduled; and allocating an SFN multicast/broadcast subframe number having a special value or not allocating a multicast/broadcast subframe number to an unscheduled multicast service channel; and the network side transmitting the dynamic scheduling information according to the allocated multicast resources.
EFFECT: high throughput and saving UE electrical power.
