FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. Thus, power measuring reference signal can be transmitted less frequently, than usual, and infrastructure power consumption can be reduced. Mobile communication system includes plurality of eNB, which perform radio communication with UE and MCE, which controls eNB. MCE indicates MBSFN (MCE) subframe, serving as radio resources, less frequently transmitting power measuring reference signal to UE, than usually to eNB, eNB, in addition to MBSFN (MCE) subframe indicated by MCE, denotes MBSFN (eNB) subframe, serving as radio resources, less frequently transmitting reference signal to UE, than usually, and in MBSFN (MCE) subframe and MBSFN (eNB) subframe.
EFFECT: technical result consists in fact, that reference signal is transmitted to UE.
