Apparatus comprises a termination of service transmission, is adapted to stop transmission of the MBMS in the cell, and a transmitting unit configured to transmit control plane information MBMS in a cell in which the terminated transmission of the MBMS, and a transmit control plane information block content SIB2, MCCH information content and DSI contents remain unchanged, and the contents of the block SIB13 changed or remained unchanged.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the quality of broadcasting.
