SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mobile communication. Mobile communication system includes a plurality of eNBs that perform radio communication with the UE and MCE, which controls the eNB. MCE indicates the MBSFN (MCE) subframe serving as radio resources transmitting a reference signal for measuring power to the UE less often than usual to an eNB, eNB, in addition to the MBSFN (MCE) subframe specified by the MCE, denotes an MBSFN (eNB) subframe serving as radio resources transmitting a reference signal to the UE less frequently than usual, and in the MBSFN (MCE) subframe and the MBSFN subframe (eNB) the reference signal is transmitted to the UE.
EFFECT: thus, the reference signal for power measurement can be transmitted less often than usual.
