SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and is designed to treat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. Dental device for treating snoring comprises teeth protector adapted to fit the plot of the dental arch of the person, and the adhesive strip having a first side and a second side. First side of the adhesive strip is attached to the teeth protector plot. Second side of the adhesive strip contains mucoadhesive, made with the possibility of gluing the adhesive strip to a tongue of the individual so that tongue can be selectively attached to the dental device. Method involves stages at which provide gluing of adhesive strip.
EFFECT: inventions allow to increase efficiency of treatment of snoring and eliminate apnea in sleep.
