SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relate to field of medicine, and can be applied in treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. System for treatment and auxiliary respiratory way contain the following elements: elongated canal, implanted under pharynx wall, said elongated canal has proximal end, connected with one area of pharynx, distal end, connected with the second area of pharynx, and central lumen between proximal and distant ends. Part of said elongated canal passes under pharynx wall to bypass oropharynx. In addition, system contains core, which can be installed into central lumen of said elongated canal to support it in the process of implantation under pharynx wall. Treatment method lies in formation of auxiliary respiratory way, passing under pharynx wall, whose proximal end is connected with one part of pharynx, and distal end is connected with the other part of pharynx. Core is implanted into central lumen between proximal and distal ends to support way in the process of its formation under pharynx wall.

EFFECT: application of claimed group of inventions makes it possible to form auxiliary respiratory way in optimal way and thus provide help for people suffering from sleep apnea and hypopnea.
