FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to moulding of reinforced shock absorbers and rubber-metal components. This method of check assembly consists in placing of thrust rings and stack of sliding joint plates in the moulding along with setting of gaps between said plate and setting of moulding unit in the mould. Note here that the mock-up is made with outer surface complying with configuration of the stack of plates. Said mock-up is arranged between sliding joint thrust rings and locked at required position in moulding unit with toothed retainers. Thereafter, the injection mould is finally assembled. For process implementation used is the mock-up of the sliding joint plates stack composed of the ring with surfaces complying with configuration of said stack. Ring ends are provided with circular recesses their depth making at least the length of retainer teeth. Note also that circular beads formed in the areas of recesses are identical to end parts of sliding joint extreme plates.

EFFECT: higher manufacturability of check assembly of injection mould.
