FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to moulding polymers and to mould intended for moulding polyurethane elastomers. Proposed method comprises the feed of fused polyurethane elastomer into the mould for forming of hollow article with inner and outer surfaces, thermostatic control and cooling. Note here that hollow article inner surface forming is performed with the help of thermoplastic polyurethane film. Collapsible mould to this end comprises housing (1), inner hollow part (2) to be fitted into said housing to make the clearance (3) there between. Mould inner hollow part (2) is composed of sealed shell from thermoplastic polyurethane film with gas feed opening (4). Note that housing (1) has two openings (5) and (6) spaced apart to create vacuum and to feed polyurethane elastomer melt.

EFFECT: simplified process, better workability.
