FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to light-emitting module for a gas detector, which contains a source (110) of linear-polarised light emission (111) and a case with an output window (120), at that the wave length emitted by the source (110) of linear-polarised light emission (111) can be regulated. The light source (110) is placed in the case so that the main direction (OA) of the source emission (110) forms with a normal line (N) towards the main plane (HE) of the output window (120) a pitch angle (φ) from 10° up to 50°, and the direction (P) of the light polarisation forms with the plane of the incidence towards the output window (120) an angle of rotation (θ) from 22.5° up to 67.5°.
EFFECT: invention allows reduction of dependency of the light emission intensity on the wave length behind the output window.
