FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a reference insulator, a measuring module comprising a primary scale current converter, a voltage divider, a measuring transducer unit including an analog-to-digital converter and an optical communication module, a fiber optic transmission line, an additional current sensor, a receiving communication device, power supply and a power transformer with an additional secondary winding. The power unit receives energy from the high-voltage network through a power transformer, the primary winding of which flows the current created in the primary scale voltage converter by the mains voltage. With an additional secondary winding of the power transformer, a signal proportional to the voltage on the primary winding of the power transformer is fed to the transmitter unit, which compensates for the effect of this voltage on the accuracy of the voltage conversion. In case of a short circuit in the network, the power supply unit receives energy from the current measuring transformer. In this case, the transmitter unit receives information about the current in the network from the additional current sensor.
EFFECT: improved accuracy and reliability of regulation.
