SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages pond-fish and calamary preparation, milling and mixing at a weight ratio equal to 3:2. For the goods production one uses fish mince, calamary mince, wheat bread, egg, fresh bulb onions, dry milk, culinary salt, ground black hot pepper, parsley greens and mealing crumbs. All the components are used at the specified components ratio. The goods are moulded and mealed in crumbs.

EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of the goods nutritive and biological value.
