FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: summary vibration signal in a receiving channel is exposed to band filtration and detection. As a result of detection in the spectrum of the envelope there are combination spectral components formed, identical to spectral components of the common acoustic field formed as a result of interaction of superposition of several vibration processes and a non-linear transfer tract.
EFFECT: provision for detection of sources of combination spectral components that are not present in spectra of vibrations of separate sources, for which conventional methods of statistic analysis are not applicable.
