SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to image infrared radiation and in concealed information recording devices. The photostimulated blue-green phosphor based on strontium aluminate, activated with Eu2+ and Dy3+ ions, has a chemical composition which corresponds to the following empirical formula: (Sr1-x-y-z-cEuxDyyTmzLnc)4Al14O25, where 1·10-3≤x≤5·10-2; 0≤y≤5·10-3; 1·10-5≤z≤2.5·10-2; 1·10-4≤c≤2.5·10-2; Ln - La3+ or Er3+.
EFFECT: invention provides high photoluminescence intensity in the 475-525 nm range.
