SUBSTANCE: method comprises sampling, extraction, filtration, dehydration of sodium with anhydrous sulphate, vaporisation, introduction of the dissolved dry residue in the liquid chromatograph, processing the results of the analysis, a weigh of organs or tissues from animals weighing 50 to 200 mg is taken as the sample, extraction is performed with acetone, the dissolved dry residue is put to the liquid chromatograph "Chromos-ZhH301" with the spectrophotometric detector UVV 104M, a column Diasfer-NOS-16 (150×4) mm is used with a pore size of sorbent of 5 microns, a mixture of acetonitrile and water in a ratio of 30:70 is used as eluent.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity and selectivity of the analysis.
