FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecology, namely to method for simultaneous determination of pesticides of various chemical classes in biological material. For this purpose, fish liver is homogenised with anhydrous sodium sulphate and sodium hydro citrate, extracted with acetonitrile, shaken and settled. Then sample is centrifuged at 3,000 rpm and sorbents such as silica gel C-18, Bondesil-PSA and anhydrous sodium sulphate are added, then centrifugation is repeated. Obtained solution is evaporated, dry residue is dissolved in acetonitrile and analysed by HPLC with UV detector.
EFFECT: invention allows evaluating of pesticides contamination level in biological objects during environmental monitoring.
