If observing a relative oxyhemoglobin count in erythrocytes within 0.589 to 0.680, a relative ability of hemoglobin to bind ligands within 0.446 to 0.645, a relative ability of hemoglobin to recover ligands within 0.598 to 0.786, an affinity of hemoglobin to ligands within 0.661 to 1.099, methine bridge variations within 1.518 to 1.652, the first-degree cerebral ischemia is stated in the newborn; if observing the relative oxyhemoglobin count in erythrocytes within 0.620 to 0.743, the relative ability of hemoglobin to bind ligands within 0.346 to 0.565, the relative ability of hemoglobin to recover ligands within 0.627 to 0.789, the affinity of hemoglobin to ligands within 0.659 to 0.998, methine bridge variations within 1.553 to 1.874, the second-degree cerebral ischemia is stated in the newborn; if observing the relative oxyhemoglobin count in erythrocytes within 0.643 to 0.982, the relative ability of hemoglobin to bind ligands within 0.351 to 0.545, the relative ability of hemoglobin to recover ligands within 0.711 to 0.816, the affinity of hemoglobin to ligands within 0.614 to 0.894, methine bridge variations within 1.689 to 1.903, the third-degree cerebral ischemia is stated in the newborn.
