FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, and can be used in diagnostics of ischemic gastropathy. For this purpose during fibrogastroscopy laser Doppler flowmetry and optic tissue oxymetry are performed. Indices of microcirculation of gastric mucosa in its antral part, functional oxyhemoglobin saturation in blood of microcirculatory bed and relative volume of all hemoglobin fractions in tested volume of biotissue are determined. Said examinations are performed by means of diagnostic endoscopic probe, introduced through biopsy canal of endoscope, fixed on antral part of gastric mucosa for 0.8-1 minute under visual control. If values of indices of gastric mucosa microcirculation (M), functional oxyhemoglobin saturation (SO2) in blood of microcirculatory bed and relative volume (Vr) of all hemoglobin fractions in tested volume respectively are M=10-13.6 p.u., SO2=70.0-80.2%, Vr - 12.0-16.8%, ischemic gastropathy is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to provide reliable diagnostics of ischemic gastropathy due to assessment of capillary blood flow of gastric mucosa.
